WeightBuddy makes it easy to create an account and get started on your health journey. Simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and choose to sign in using your Apple or Google account. Once logged in, your information will automatically sync across devices, ensuring your progress is never lost.
You can personalize your experience by editing your profile details anytime. Go to Profile > Settings > Edit Profile, where you can update your name, gender, birthday, height, weight, and other personal details. It’s important to note that these updates won’t automatically change your goals — those can be managed separately under Settings > Edit Goals.
If you ever need to log out or permanently delete your account, you can do so under Profile > Settings > Account. Deleting your account will erase all stored data, including your history, progress, photos, and reminders. This process is irreversible, so make sure you truly want to start fresh before proceeding.
